The Gosainkunda Lake Trek is a popular trek in Nepal that takes in the stunning views of Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and the holy lake Gosainkund. You'll see the local village life, stay in beautiful lodges, and meet friendly locals. It is one of the best options if you're looking for a short, relatively easy trek. However, rapid climbing will cause altitude sickness.
The Gosainkunda Lake trekking is a fantastic experience for all trekkers. The trip begins in Dhunche, where you'll cross the Thulo Shyabru. The trail is then uphill to Lopang, where you'll experience beautiful mountain views in front of your eyes. Next, you'll continue to Sing Gompa, famous for being the oldest monastery and cheese factory.

The Gosaikunda trek is leveled as moderate in terms of difficulty. Still, the difficulty level depends on other factors, such as age, your trekking habit, physical fitness, the itinerary you select, or the weather of the season you're trekking in.
These explanations determine whether the trek is going to be easy or challenging. Remember that you can hit 4380 meters from Dunche in two days (2100m). Suppose you are a novice and not used to trekking, but you love trekking in nature and are willing to go. In that case, we recommend you select an extended version for seven days. I did this trek in Upper Mustang with my sisters, and it was an incredible experience. Everything was very well organized, and we truly enjoyed every part of the journey. I also highly recommend kumar as a guide – he was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the trek even more special. A truly unforgettable adventure!
I did the Phoksundo Lake trek with Kumar and it was a superb experience. It is an adventure, so you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone, but Kumar always adapts to the unexpected and makes the trip as enjoyable as possible! The landscapes are magnificent, you meet lots of people along the way, and you really push your limits! Kumar is an excellent guide attentive, friendly, and his prices are very fair!
I recently did an annapurna curcit with my brother and his girlfriend. It was an amazing trek with the help of kumar and his team . It was one of the best experience of our life . This team fulfilled all of our wishes at all times during the entire tent trek. Narsang, our guide, is very attentive and careful along the entire route. Kumar is very reliable. He looked after us very well in the preparation and execution of our trek and during our stay in Kathmandu right up to the farewell at the airport.
